Everyone sees a slice. We see the money.
Excel, rail dashboards, and accounting software each solve one piece. The payment leg - gateway to wallet to settlement to bank - is the gap none of them close. That gap is RakamHQ.
Manual VLOOKUPs across eSewa, Khalti and bank exports, every evening.
A settlement that 'looks about right' can hide an overcharged fee or a payment that never arrived.
Money that succeeded but was never swept sits pooled outside your bank for days.
Same goal. A fraction of the work.

Questions people ask
Isn't reconciliation just something my accountant does?
Your accountant records the books and reconciles bank-vs-entries. RakamHQ proves the payment leg before the bank - decomposing each settlement into the gateway transactions and orders inside it. We produce the proven receipts your accounting then records, and we hand them over as clean matched entries.
Can't the eSewa or Khalti dashboard already show me this?
Each dashboard shows only its own island. It can't match a payment to your order, reconcile it against your bank credit, model wallet pooling across rails, or show you fee drift. You live on four islands plus a bank - RakamHQ is the map across all of them.
How is RakamHQ different from Indian recon tools?
They prove the category exists, but they will never read a Bikram Sambat eSewa report, model Khalti netting, track wallet pooling, or speak a Nepali accountant's VAT reality. Localization isn't a feature they bolt on - it's the whole product.
We already use Tigg - do we still need this?
Yes, and they work together. Tigg records the books; RakamHQ proves the money that feeds them. Our clean, matched entries become Tigg's input - so your books get truer without anyone typing.
Is RakamHQ a payment gateway?
No. We never move or hold your money and we're not in your payment flow. RakamHQ is read-only on your world - we prove where money went; we don't touch it.
