Never. We accept API secret keys only, never dashboard logins or passwords. Keys are encrypted at rest with per-organisation keys, never shown in full, and you can revoke any credential in one click.

Does RakamHQ hold or move my money?

No. RakamHQ is read-only on your world. We reconcile and prove where every rupee went; we never sit in your payment flow and never take a cut. The one exception is gated, capped refunds that you explicitly confirm.

Is the AI computing my numbers?

No - the ledger computes, the AI only explains. Every figure is calculated deterministically and traced to the exact line in the exact file it came from. The model reads that proven ledger to answer your questions; it never invents a number.
